Policies Regarding Financial Transactions for Deposits

This section covers Everest Poker Policies regarding financial transactions to make deposits.

1. Currency. All payout transactions are made in U.S. Dollars (symbol: $ or US$) unless noted otherwise.
2. Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit varies depending on the payment instrument used.

3. Verify Account Balances. You are responsible for verifying your Account balances. Additional deposits and/or wagers made by you are an acknowledgement that you have viewed the Account status and agree with the balance shown.
4. Acknowledgement. For your security and protection, Everest Poker reserves the right to request additional information to verify identity, age and location.
5. Payment Default. In the event that an authorized payment should subsequently be dishonored in any way, any games played by you are void, and any winnings to which you might otherwise be entitled will be forfeit and will not be paid.

Policies Regarding Cash-Outs (Withdrawals)

This section covers Everest Poker Policies regarding cash-outs (withdrawing funds from your Account).

1. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal depends upon your payout method. Options include e-wallet accounts or cheque. However, Everest Poker will not issue cheques for less than US$50. In which case, funds under US$50 will be returned to your Account for further gaming.
2. Processing. All transactions, both charges and credits to e-wallet accounts, are processed once a day. At the end of the day, we will calculate each Player's daily balance and enter it into the Transaction History. Note that the amount of a cash-out request may be different than the resulting payout amount, because we only process the difference between deposits and winnings in a given day.
3. Currency. All payout transactions are denominated in U.S. Dollars (symbol: $ or US$) unless noted otherwise. In an effort to help our players minimize cheque cashing fees for USD cheques, they are available in Pounds Sterling and Euros. We will use a current and competitive exchange rate in the conversion at the time of cashout.
4. Payouts. Payouts will only be issued to the name and address of the bearer of the Account as it exists in our records. Everest reserves the right to suspend a cash-out request pending verification of Player's identity, age and location.
